Paid Games Gone Free: Games List 2020 (Killing Floor 2, Lifeless Planet: Premier Edition and The Escapists 2)

Many popular stores such as Epic Games, Steam and other platforms often provide paid games for free.
I have created this article to share with you the links of those paid games gone free.
Please note that most of the times, these games are free for a limited period only. I will try my best to keep this post updated with latest free offerings.

Killing Floor 2, Lifeless Planet: Premier Edition and The Escapists 2 (PC)(Free till 16 July 2020 8:30 PM IST)

The Escapists 2 is a 2D game where you are a prisoner in one of the toughest to break prisons in the world. All you have to break the prison by collecting resources and tools. This game is a good timepass and that can be played by two players simultaneously which makes it a good choice for some gaming with a friend.

Lifeless Planet is a game where you are an astronaut who travels to a planet where life can be sustained but when you reach there, it seems like as if it's a Soviet base. This game is all about exploring the place as the story unfolds.

Killing Floor 2 is a multiplayer online FPS game where you can choose and play as one of the characters out of the 6 available choices. You can kill zombies with afull-fledged team that makes this game a unique experience and gives you an oopprtunity to play a game with all of your friends.

Erica, NBA 2K20 and Rise of the Tomb Raider (Free in July 2020) (PS4 Plus Members Only)

For the month of July 2020, PS Plus members will be getting 3 free games for PS4. The games are diverse with Erica being an FMV, NBA 2K20 being a sports title and Rise of the Tomb Raider being an action adventure game.
Erica is like a movie where you take decisions for the character and the game proceeds according to that. As obvious with the name, you play the role of Erica in the game and take decisions on her behalf. This is a good game for those who would love a good thriller story to indulge in.
NBA 2K20 is another iteration in the NBA series that takes you in the world of basketball with realistic graphics and buttery smooth gameplay. This game is good for timepass and comes with a story mode where you can live the life of a basketball player. It is a good game for casual timepass.
Rise of the Tomb Raider is the best game of the lot that is free in this monthly free offering. It is one of the best action adventure games you can play. It will remind you of Uncharted but still will create it’s own space in your hearts. With a fairly gripping and action packed story, this game is the one that you have to try.

Hue (PC)(Free Till 2 July 2020 8:30PM IST)

Hue is a puzzle 2D platformer that is similar to the game Limbo with a little twist. With simple graphics and gameplay, this game is good for timepass and isn't too difficult. This game is free to download for PC on Epic Games Store till 9 July 2020 8.30 PM IST.

Stranger Things 3: The Game and AER Memories Of Old (PC)(Free Till 2 July 2020 8:30PM IST)

Stranger Things 3: The Game is a game based on the popular Netflix series with the same name. The game is a 2D one which has though, looks like an RPG game, but is more of a beat'em up. The game is lightweight and will work on any laptop and PC with a CPU having two cores.

AER Memories Of Old is a non-violent game where your characted can turn into a bird and explore the different floating islands in the sky. The best thing about this game is its graphics which are stunningly beautiful and eye pleasing. The game can run with a dual core CPU and low end graphic card.

Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition (PC)(Free Till 25 June 2020 Midnight)

Released in 2013, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is a hit fighting game where you get to play as various characters from DC universe. You can play as Joker, Batman, The Flash, Superman and many others in this game. Mobile version of Injustice game is also popular among mobile gamers.

Sludge Life and Pathway (PC)(Free Till 25 June 2020 8:30 PM IST)

Sludge Life is a first-person puzzle game. This game is not like every other game and has some weird graphics. The characters in this game are pretty unique too. Do give this game a try if you are into trying out new games.

Pathway is a simple turn-based strategy game set in 1930s in a desert region. The game is pretty simple and also are its graphics pretty basic. Play this game if you want to play some light RPG games.

One of the famous stealth based games, Hitman: Absolution is now free on GoG.com. Hitman: Absolution is a third person shooter game where you play the role of an assassin. This game requires patience and skills to master as you have to kill the enemy in the quitest manner.

ARK: Survival Evolved and  SAMURAI SHODOWN NEOGEO COLLECTION (PC)(Free Till 11 June 2020 8:30 PM IST)

ARK: Survival Evolved is a survival game built in a world full of dinosaurs. In this game, you are stranded in an island where you will have to survive by finding and collecting resources. The game is beautiful and will keep you engaged for hours.

SAMURAI SHODOWN NEOGEO COLLECTION is a collection of games of Samurai Shodown franchise. All the games are fighting games and are basically ports of NEOGEO (a game console) based games. This collection features Six NEOGEO titles and one unreleased game. Download this collection to feel nostalgic and relive the older days.

Call of Duty : WWII is another beautiful game in the Call of Duty franchise. The game is based on the events of World War 2, as depicted in the name of the game. The game is a first person shooter which is going to keep you hooked.

Star Wars Battlefront II is a game based on the famous movies series "Star Wars". This game is also a shooting game where you play as characters from the movie and is very entertaining.

Cities: Skylines is a beautiful city building game where you can design cities as you want. The game provides you a deeper level of control which is rare in such kind of games.

Farming Simulator 19 lets you control a farm (not a real one mates), we have to take care of all the things and ensure that the farming business runs in a profitable manner.
